Yes — we have active clients in the UK, Western Europe, the Middle East, and APAC. We operate remote-first by design and will travel to your site for workshops, go-live events, and kickoffs when the engagement warrants it. We will tell you clearly when we believe a face-to-face is worth the cost.
Our sweet spot is organizations between $50M and $2B in revenue — mid-market companies with meaningful Microsoft complexity who have outgrown the smaller consultancies but don't want the overhead and staffing patterns of the large SIs. We have also done smaller focused engagements for smaller clients, and large multi-year programs for enterprise organizations. The fit question is more about the maturity and complexity of the program than the size of the company.
One practice is fine — many of our longest relationships started with a single focused engagement. We will never try to expand scope beyond what makes sense for your program. If we see that another practice could genuinely help, we will say so once and leave the decision with you.
For advisory and assessment engagements, typically within two weeks of a signed statement of work. For larger project engagements, typically four to six weeks — enough time to staff the right team and conduct proper onboarding. We do not start engagements before we are ready to deliver well.
For fixed-scope engagements: a detailed SOW with defined deliverables, acceptance criteria, timeline, commercial terms, and a change-control protocol. For T&M or managed services: a simpler master services agreement with a work order per engagement. We will always tell you what we know, what we don't know, and how we are handling the uncertainty commercially. No bait-and-switch, no hidden contingencies.
